hi I work a retail clothing store, could you do a video on some more common phrases? like how would I ask if the customer wants a bag? I feel like Sign language should be taught in public jobs, so I've taken it upon myself to self teach (hope I don't get it wrong haha) then I came across your lovely videos! thank you so much!

I would say defiantly more of these customer service videos! I work within a tourist attraction would be great to learn more phrases

i would love to know some for my job. I'm just a cashier and customer service person but hate not being able to give good service to our deaf customers. i would like to know phrases like, good morning/evening/afternoon, thankyou, have a nice day, goodbye, can i help you, yes we have got/no we haven't got, sorry, the toilets are this way, I'm sorry we cant accept..., its in aisle 1, 2, 3, etc and it would be really helpful to be able to say "do you sign" and to be able to explain "i only know a little sign language" so they dont expect me to be fluent. also a bit more on what signs i would need to be able to understand like "excuse me where are the..." "i would like to return this item" "can i pay part cash part card" "do you sell....." "i need help with..." etc. thanks for this video its very useful

Ah, I'm so glad I found this! I work in a shop and we've had several people using sign language, and my knowledge only extends as far as the alphabet unhelpfully. Now that we have the 5p charge for plastic bags, it'd be nice to know how to ask if they want a plastic bag. I'll have to look through your other videos, but being able to sign prices (pounds, pence) would be great too.

Thank you, I have several deaf customers where I work and I hate not being able to communicate, this will go a long way to at least making things easier
