I used to be a classically trained singer many moons ago and it's a long story but I did some local theater I played Buttercup and did a dual role role in the show called lucky stiff and then I had a bad divorce and I lost my voice so to speak and I became disabled due to a horrible thing called fibromyalgia and I have spine issues and a whole bunch of other stuff I won't mention but I digress. So fast forward my husband and I started going to karaoke about 3 years ago. I can hear my mother in heaven saying finally those voice lessons are starting to pay off again LOL. But seriously I can do a mean country song any day of the week but I never seem to be able to pull off good solid hot music and I live in the Appalachian Blue ridge mountains though I'm originally from California. But I don't care I decided I'm going to think what I want so because I'm disabled and because I have more bad days than good when the weather gets bad I started watching your videos and I'm finding my voice again and I cannot thank you enough for that. I've never smoked or anything but for some reason I think I've transition from first soprano to Alto though I can go really high again still I've got that high range but I've gained a lot of lower range which I'm happy about cuz now I can see Carpenter song and I'm sorry I'm not trying to just talk and talk I'm just this is a good thing for somebody how to concentrate on daytime TV and sometimes your head hurts too bad to read so you know I don't want to be one of these people that just watches TV all day this has been wonderful. I'd love to talk to you personally so any tips that you could give meI need an maybe see how much it would cost to do a couple months of some sort of personal coaching but I digress again. The point is if you've ever known anybody that's been a total go get her firecracker all their life and has been hit by the mack truck that's called total disability it really sucks the life out of you and this is been wonderful and fact I'm even going I sold my piano many years ago because I just gave up on music completely not listening but partaking in it going to look for a used keyboard so I can get back into the piano I'll be so Rusty but probably take a few lessons and whatnot anyway thank you for these videos and sorry this is all gibberish of all things I broke my wrist this summer and I had to have surgery and I still cannot type on my phone with my right hand so excuse run-on sentences weird words misspellings and grammar which I'm totally OCD about I just can't type on my phone with my hand yet I'm getting there but it would take me 3 hours to type everything I just talked texted thank you thank you thank you you're an angel
