How to Sing Softly

In this video you're going to learn how to sing softly. Singing quietly can be a bit tricky. In this video we are going over the technique involved with singing softly and then we are going to do a vocal exercise together to practice your soft singing voice.

4 technical aspect: 1.Breath pressure Or support sound. Breath with no sound or uncontrollable volume. Find the Sweet spot volume is lower. 2.Resonance as same as Breath pressure forward sound not back lower notes that dull. Consistent tone and Volume. Practice Myah and Myeh. 3.Add head voice and Mix voice. Lullaby has the mix of Head and Mix voice. 4.Remember Articulate. Hear you clearly soft Velvet sound. How quiet you want to want to be relative to my normal voice.Lose the words If so low sound.Verses quiet and soft then blow them at Chorus louder.

I think that yesterday is a great song to practice this technique and it's not too difficult. golden slumbers can also be a great choice and you can say that it's kind of a la la by, however it can be tough beacuse there is this part in the middle that you should sing with kind of a deep voice.

Hi, I've commented on a few of your videos asking advice for a male tenor who doesn't always have tone/cord closure on most days (for singing quietly and above E (above middle C, the common male break/bridge)... could you provide any advice for guys struggling with getting that pure tone/connection back? My voice isn't always like that. Some days I wake up and my voice is totally fine and connected. Most days, it isn't. ANY help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!! :)
