Wont that have a constant drain on the battery? Will you kill the battery???

It will if you leave the GPS on. I did this so it will not shut off when i stop and can use it and start up and go without it always shitting on and off. Otherwise it will not draw. Only if something is left on.

Probably. Just don’t plug anything that draws a lot into it
