Looks delicious! I just recently purchased a 1050 masterbuilt I’ve cooked pork ribs , and a brisket both came out great . I saved my prime to smoke after I get a few cooks in and learn the smoker more .

12 hours 225° and rest for four hours

First off i just saw you on the Netflix BBQ show and you killed it! Really enjoyed watching you and Logan develop your friendship. Mad respect to both of you! How often are you using the mop sauce? Only on the paper, or did you apply directly to the meat also? Is 195 internal what you were going for, or would you have preferred a higher internal? That brisket looks amazing. Ive been wanting to try to make one on my Traeger but haven't pulled the trigger. Do you suggest using water on a Traeger also? Thanks!

Washing the meat should be done before seasoning......as soon as you get it out of the pack.

It's over cooked, 250 is to high its over cooked, 215 or 220 is perfect, 250 will be good if you don't trim the brisket

some do adds color but you don't need to it acts more as a binder for your rub but the rub will hold regardless I don't we just season forward
