Always knew the membrane method did something to my ribs, my mom told me one time let that be, and i did two, one with and one without, same way. And the one with membrane really came out better to my liking.

When I saw him throwing those trimmings in the trash I almost threw up 🤢 Blasphemy!!! Zero waste! There are so many uses for the trimmings... I smoke em with the ribs, then put em in a freezer bag and use them instead of salt pork in greens or beans. Sometimes they never make it to the freezer because I cut pieces off as I'm cooking to let my company taste. You can even feed em to the dogs, anything other than throwing meat in the trash.

I’m new to a wood smoker and your videos help alot. Doing ribs tomorrow and think I’ll try leaving the membrane on this time. Also throwing on some oxtails and a chuck roast. Gonna see if I can get them candy reds!!!

When you heading to Tampa FL boss....I've been deprived of ox tails last 5 years I only have it once a year for my born day and last 4 to 5 haven't had none since you been on the tube showing them softballs my soul said to me you need to have that asap lol hooe you can feel my pain for not getting them tails would love to know when you come to Florida been following you more.then 3 .months now.tou have inspired me to get my own pit..have a blessed day boss
