First time using this connecter (or making a cable for that matter) and your video explained it perfectly. My solder joints are pretty rough compared to yours, but it got the job done! Thank you!

I"m using solid Cat6 cable - will it be difficult for a DIY guy to solder this to similar Neutrik connectors?

my solder wont flow even when tinning the wire. Super annoying. I use an 80 watt (cheapo) iron, that goes to 350 celsius. What on earth could be wrong?

@@thedude4795 dip your wire in flux first and it will flow. Also use rosin core electrical grade solder.
