Hey, I think they are very similar inside. Do it at your own risk and better bring it to the coffee machine service. If the descaling problem doesn't help, you should TURN OFF and UNPLUG the machine, take off the body covers, WAIT TILL IT GETS COOL and check if the pipes are clear. If they are clogged, you will need to unclogg them with a steel wire. Also the dispenser valve might be clogged. Check them first, the heating block might be the last one that is stuck.
