very practical and applicable content.. I find your fitness to waves videos extremely useful. Flexibility is most definitely the single biggest factor holding my older body back on the pop up

Hey folks and Kyle ... I was thinking that when it comes to critical Hallow critical waves. ( The pop-up is the cowboy quick draw of surfing.) The fastest gun in the west gets the deepest barrel...

Flexibility isn't my issue, my issue is the technique in the actually hacking moves :( but I can get pretty vertical on my back hand but can't pick up speed as good as I can forehand. But my forehand I can't get vertical to the top :( but I still suck at picking up speed (pumping) on forehand
