Hi Milo, swell video, nice that a person can use a heat press to dry the ink. I used to screen signs and posters but that is a totally different ball game. The screen shop that I use can't do the artwork without a computer file. The shop could not use the positive I made. I thought this was odd.I am going to research and see if they still make the photo sensitive film in sheets. Again good job. Gary

I owned a screen printing and embroidery shop. I would recommend that in the beginning you find an existing shop that does contract printing and use them until you get established. Screen printing is hard work even on an automatic press. And, the harder you work, the less you make due to quantity discounts!

Great video. Quick question When you cure a shirt with the heat press does the shirt make contact with press or hover over the shirt?

NO you need to add pressure on the shirt. Put a Teflon sheet over the print and heat it up for 350f between 15-20 seconds. after that let it cool down and give it a stretch test.

You can only do one color designs because the kit comes with one mesh screen correct ? What if I buy more mesh screens for it ?

Where I live you can not buy plastisol, nobody makes photoliths, nobody sells t-shirts and above it is the worst place to buy online because it takes months, also say that the two local companies that work with machinery have always tried to take away my desire with comments as it is very toxic ... I've been trying to get started for 3 years and I still haven't printed anything, I watch videos from all over the world and I'm on the peo site to start a small screen printing business.

Mylo broda hom much if I order you 25 T-shirts with just a design of monsters word and it's up to you how you design it. Possibly 5 xl 5 large, 10 medium, 5 sm. We like blue , yellow and white color.
