@@artwarrenlaw I do but they are adults move out. Questions: Can you give me a ballpark figure on total fees i would have to pay other than for your package fees. Do you give a onetime free (meet in person) consultation. If i select your package 3 $599. Do you handle all the paperwork?

My name is Maria and I live in Bremen Germany. I was married to a US Citizen until his death in Texas, near San Antonio, on November 18th of this year. We were married in Denmark in 2012. We separated in 2016 and he returned to the United States. I filed for divorce earlier this year however he never came to terms with it. Before he passed away he received a sizable inheritance from his parents after they passed away however I have no details regarding what that means though it did leave him financially independent. I am told that he had a Will and it passes everything down to only one of his sons. I am not sure whether I am entitled to anything from his estate or not; considering I was still lawfully married to him at the time of his death. If there is no chance under Texas law to collect from his estate then please let me know. The time being married to him took a financial toll on me and was glad to have him move back to the US. I have tried to request a certificate of death however the county websites are blocked to me from Germany, specifically the County sides, Texas page as I really don’t know where to start the whole process. Any ideas?

Yes, I definitely recommend you get some help doing that. It's okay to do it yourself but the divorce decree is more challenging when you do a divorce with kids. I can offer my services for a fee to help you with that.
