Thank you so much for an amazing and informative video! I would like to ask a question. As you mentioned that we can try different services to see its potential, but since we had to create a website to advertise the service we’re selling, is that mean we had to keep changing the website? Per say if I chose to do service A on the first-two week, and it didnt work as I want it to be so I chose to do service B on the week after, so do I have to keep changing the website and wouldnt that cost money if I opt to use the pay version?

thanks! Just have a domain name that is nothing too specific, so it's not tied to one niche. Then changing the website can be fairly easy if you have a design you already like, you just need to change things up a little bit. definitely easier than building a whole new product haha If you really want to do a lot of testing, than you could also just have one landing page where you lead clients to, so then you just need to change that for different services.

Personally, I like to just sell packaged services. So, i can automate the whole process much more and scale it faster. Approach it as e-commerce business. But if you are doing more custom packages, then you need to send contracts to clients. I have a whole course explaining this but I’ll try to also make some videos here as well 🙂

Hey! Thanks! The testimonial question is hard... you really have to lower the price first or give some extra bonuses in exchange to get those first testimonials if you really need them... Sorry, but your second question is really a huge topic, so i will maybe try to make a video on this alone later :)

Maybe I will try to make a separate video on just that as it’s a huge topic.. you can simply google for businesses in your niche, find them on LinkedIn, get them through social media, create content that will attract your target customer, run ads targeting exactly them. There are a lot of different ways haha

Thank you for the content! But you say you can make a lot more money through not using Fiverr, but freelancers instead. My question is ...regardless if you use Fiverr, you can charge whatever you like and pocket the difference so you are not just limited to a 100.00 per gig or less like you describe in the video. So can you elaborate on why you feel you can't make as much money by outsourcing through Fiverr?

I am getting caught up on a few things, 1. How do you pick a catchy name once you have your niche? 2. Most payment methods will withhold funds for up to 30 days (Paypal I think is 20 days), how can I get paid and get this business started with $0 in pocket?

The catchy name question is rather long. There are name generations and different formulas you can apply if you really struggle. Not sure which payment processing you are referring to. But not all of them withhold money from you. Just do some research and you definitely can find ones that don’t. But it also depends on your country... also, you are not delivering the services right away, so you don’t necessarily need to be paying the freelancers right away either..

It really depends how you want to do it... you can have landing page with a contact form, or you can have store pages with checkout. Depends how you build the website. If possible it’s the best if you can have everything under 1 domain for your customers not to be confused

I really don't want to say anything that could be considered as a legal advice... All depends on what country you are in and what kind of company you are running, etc... Quick tip, if you are having some sort of issues for some reason in your country, some countries allow to open a company without actually being based there.

Hey! That's sort of the point. a lot of people are saying to drop service fiverr gigs, but actually outsourcing makes more sense from my experience. This video was meant to be all the steps how to start drop servicing. It's already a super long video. So, i tried to keep it short. I might make some concrete strategies later on how to acquire clients or examples of what has worked well. If you have something you would like to see let me know :)
