I have an idea I’d love to do myself but can’t. I don’t have the tools but you could. My idea was a glowing tree made of resin. With fiber optics and or LED lighting inside. I’m guessing you’d have to make a mold of a small tree …just the bare necessities. No leaves…just branches around three feet tall maybe ….what do you think ? I’ve been wanting to make this project for the least few months . Is it doable ?

Really great project! I love all the wood you have available. Why the tape on your fingers? Were you injured? By the way, ypu should get a lathe, but it is very addictive and you won't make anything flat ever again. Lol. Very nice project!

I'm in the process of making one myself and I hope it turns out as beautiful as this! The white pigment swirls were a great idea. Any reason why you added the blue dye after you poured it in the mold?

I bought it at the local store and then cut it into pieces :D You can use any type of wood as long as it's dry

It looks cool but when ik make a epoxy Light i am sanding it to 3000 grid ï have done a epoxy top cover but dont like the fact That the resin is not smood.at your licht it is the same close by.
