Propertu repair is the least of your problem. You have to check the property because the person who is unable to pay may refuse to vacate the property and you have to physically drag him out of the property. Handang maki pagpatyan ang nakatira doon. RTBs are a good news though.

How come in MP2 annual dividend payout the member have to personally visit Pagibig branch to claim the dividend instead of automatically receiving the payout on the designated bank of the client? Its such a turn off for those that are living in areas far from a branch of Pagibig or busy with work.

Ingat! Hanggang ngayon hindi pa nag re-reflect yung MP2 Dividend for 2023. Kung hindi pa nila binibigay ang MP2 dividend for December 2023, pano nila mako-computer yung dividend for the whole year. ano problema Pag-ibig bakit wala pa rin ang dividend ng 2023? Balewala din pag iipon sainyo.

Dapat GSIS din ay i-supervise ng National Gov't....ang daming reklamo sa GSIS ng mga members lalo na sa mga Teachers. Gusto ng umalis ng mga teachers sa GSIS kasi hindi maganda ang serbisyo. Hindi mapakinabangan sa oras ng pangangailangan lalo na kapag nagkasakit at na hospital ang members/teachers...kaltas na sa sweldo namin ay wala pang benefirs na makuha. GRABEEEEE!!! Sana maayos na ang sistema sa GSIS lalo na ang arrears at compounded interests. Mas maganda pa talaga ang SSS at PAG-IBIG ay merong mga napapakinabangan. Naturingang ahensya ng INSURANCE ang GSIS walang pakinabang.

Maganda ang layunin ng Pag-ibig at SSS ang problema sa dalawang ahensya na ito ay pahirap sa tao ang pag-proseso ng ng papers sa haba ng pila.. gawin nyo kayang parang lotto outlet yan ng maging maluwag ang Pila😅
