Title is very true this isn’t BS at ALL! I used this guide to improve my aim and I saw improvement INSTANTLY.

This is a good video, but I want to add one thing when discussing the schedule for training. Having the stretching and warm up is great, more players need to do that, but in between games, other hand movements should be incorporated to give your hands a break from doing the same movements for long periods of time. You shouldn't just sit there for 5 hours with your hands on your keyboard (or on your controller) without doing something to break it up. In between games is the perfect time for that.

lets go I been loving watching your vids so glad you uploaded another I been learning so much, I have over 5000 hours on the game done so many vod reviews even I learn stuff from these videos thanks for the content.

2:35 when you say 5 hours of apex do you mean 5 hours of pubs and/or ranked or do things like in game mechanics, R5, and respawn gamemodes count also?

Only thing holding me back from being pro is my aim i swear, its the only reason i die & i practice it over 1 hour everyday. Used to play 8-12 hours everyday, only play 3-6 hours everyday now cus i get bored fast due to dying to bs like missing every shot. Aiming is like this super easy mechanic for everyone else but for me 1v60ing pros is easier than aiming. S18 was my worst season since i started playing, the whole season i did terrible, had about 3 weeks where i had skill but i lost it every time, i could not see anything else wrong other than my shot was terrible Personally i think my aim being perma bad is due to my bad genetics like what else could it even be? Its cant be lack of practice, its not lack of playtime (3.6k hours on apex, very close to 10k hours across all fps games)

Maybe its HOW your aim training? Find different ways of training your aim or maybe get a coach to help

i dont know how else i would train tracking & recoil other than what im doing currently. I do verhaulst warmup & i do it most of my session at this point. Issue i have is i just seem to get worse and worse after a short while since i improved. My sens never feels the same i pull the analog stick down to hell & the guns recoil is kicking up as if wasnt pulling down at all whereas a week ago i pulled down same length & i was having no problem with 1 magging people at absurd distances. I play on 160/160 ads which would be regarded as high sens but i underaim a lot, i overaim too but thats usually bc of trying to correct the underaim . my shit aim causes me to make bad decisions & have bad positioning too

@DeezNutsYessir8385 Your sens can play a part to your sh*t aim You say you underaim AND overaim.. Maybe 160/160 ain't for you Find a sens that you honestly feel works.. Go in the range like a scientist tryna to find the cure to your sh*t aim.. which basically means spend some time actually trying to find a sens.. searching up your favorite youtuber's sens is not the wave. If anything, that's a starting point but essentially you wanna go in there like.. okay I tried this and this don't feel good so, lemme try this.. but on your own discoveries.. stay away from copying and pasting sensitivities.. that's their sens not yours.. find yours Also, with using Verhults warm up routine.. at this point in time, are you ACTUALLY trying to aim train or are you just doing it to say.. okay, I warmed up ?
