For years I have been practicing this but using my own technic. I close my eyes and relax. Picture yourself in the coldest memory of your life. Take your fingers from both hands and slowly touch your skin on your stomach, up and down while still remembering how cold you felt. Spray some water on your arms legs and belly while continuing to keep your mind in that cold place. Practice. Then when you start feeling goosebumps still keep practicing. After you have done this a few times now work on stopping the goosebumps with heat. Picture yourself in the hottest memory of your life, mine is the desert. By doing this over and over you will be able to give yourself goosebumps then make them stop immediately with out the use of the spray bottle. After practicing this for so long I am now able to make myself get goosebumps then immediately stopping the chills and doing it all over again. Mind over matter the power of the mind is very interesting.

Get some mints, not mint (herb) Eat a mint or 2 (Altoids, Ice Breakers, etc.) then drink room temperature water. If tastes & feels Ice cold going down.

I live in a tiny house with no good ventilation, no air conditioner, and no powerful fans. My house can get up to 120 degrees F inside. I remember last year the heat got so bad inside my house that my family and I couldn’t even breathe from how hot it was and we had to sleep outside 😭
