Hey 👋 I want tell you one tip that I tried for myself and it was helpful ....so you can also try That is when you feel sleepy 😴 just sleep for half an hour or 45 minutes then you will feel fresh ...and there you will studying 📖🙂 I hope it was helpful to you😃

my daily routine is not good:( see wake up 4:55am study 5:00am to 7:30am (nap for 30min) I when wake up ready my bag for school. ready for school. go school at 10:00am to 5:00pm and I don't have to eat lunch bocz my computer class ( 5:00pm to 6:00pm) I'm always later in my class. then my sport (6:00pm to 8:00pm) now I'm so tried:( back home at 8:30 pm) now I also have to study 9:00pm to 10.00pm. my studyy:( then dinner+sleep.. can you tell me unnie best daily routine for me
