Overcoming Drug Addiction - the real root cause revealed, so we can heal the root instead of endlessly fighting the symptoms.
Only when we know the real cause, we can heal the root and therefor automatically liberate ourselves from every other DRUG ADDICTION-symptom too, like not being able to stop taking drugs, drug cravings, moodiness, bad temper, feeling powerless, loneliness, relational problems etc.
You don’t have to feel ashamed for the fact that you are addicted to something. Because without any exception, most people are first addicted to something or someone, before the real root of the problem arises.
The only difference might be that some people are better in hiding their addictions behind a mask than others. Until their mask cracks obviously.
Only if we know what the real root of the problem is, we will know how we can STOP OUR DRUG ADDICTION completely and for once and for all.
A DRUG ADDICTION comes down to FEAR, fear for feeling what we would feel, without any distraction from DRUGS.
To end the root of the problem together with all it’s symptoms for once and for all, and therefor to shine the light onto our ‘dark’ addictions or fears, I came up with a drawing to show you.
If you wish to gain more insights about this, please visit alive-academy.com
I'll see you in the video's 💎🍀🙏🏼

I have history of meth abuse behind me which I successfully, without aid from the outside, put an end to. How? Simple If u are truly willing to quit, then you have to completely cut yourself out from the drug scene. That means, dont visit places that remind you of it, dont meet with people who remind u of it, and of course, stay away from things that remind you of it. You have to risk every comfort in order to stop. Move out of your current city if what I mentioned above didn't work. That's what I did

@chathuragawith9201 Approach the problem with a three prong attach. Address underlying psychological drivers ( trauma ), social aspects ( known triggers, friends who use, move if need be). And talk to a addiction doctor about a science based approach to quiting ( regarding withdrawal). Peer support can help as well. It takes time for your brain to normalize that drug voice to your head to quieten. Good luck.

The real difficulty is how to do it! cuz I consciously make the decision to face the fears and the root but unconsciously still I'm escaping! and everyday I use drugs and feel so miserable and guilty about doing it but I can't force myself to stop and just listen to my anxiety and fear to find out how to solve it! Basically just use your mind. Use your logic and reasoning. Ask yourself , is this what I really want? I'd this the life I choose for myself. Using the past as an example. Willpower isn’t enough. With willpower I could only stop, get through my withdrawals and then when the physical cravings go the mental cravings kick in. It’s not a self dependent process. I kept aside my ego and started building a support system of people who went through my situation. There’s no magic pill or one unified solution. Like each human is unique, each and every addict is unique. Even when everything seems right I recall my bad days in addiction to prevent me from doing activities that might bring me down again. ✌🏻Good luck to all

I am a 14 year old kid and I am happy that I have never touched any drug , and I feel that no one in this world appreciate drug addicts and if you have a friend who appreciate you to take drugs then he is not your true friend he just want to waste your life like he did with his life. But now I feel proud of you because you atleast tried to watch this video and make a step. Just think if you're parents were drug addicts and did not care you how bad you feel, if you continue tobe a drug addicts then your children are going to look at you in the same way. Hope today, this moment become a new sunrise☀️ in your life.🙏 You won with billions of sperm's which means you are so Lucky to have this life and try to live happily in life. Instead of just feeling bad by thinking in a negative way. Remember you should be happy to have this life and do not stay depressed because you don't have something in life , every moment is important.❤️ I am With you. If you think I helped you just let me know in the comments so that others can take inspiration from you. Which thankfully i got off of the harder things. Im with my fiance who has been there for me every day for the past year. My mother died 3 months ago and im getting to do the pain pills more and more. I know were not gonna work out if i keep on and i love this girl and my children more than anything. How do i wake up without wanting one or just cant go through the day without wanting go spend the money that we work hard for. I want to stop for me and for them. I feel like i can do. I just wake up and think well i need something to get through the day. I dont want that anymore.

We all are addicted to something or someone externally first, before we realise it doesn't liberate and serves us. Now that you are willing to make a U-turn, there is a way to flush out the root cause of the distracting addiction together with its symptoms once and for all. There is a way to flush out the hardwired conditioned connection in the brain, that makes us crave for the next distraction. I suggest you to watch the 4 free videos that will give you clarity and direction at: www.alive-academy.com and reclaim your natural liberated life you are actually born for.

quit that shit and take responsibility, you weak fuck! I mean you have children and you whine like a bitch. Do you know how i quit drugs? I stopped feeling sorry for myself and i completely isolated myself from other people except from family and trained hard and now i'm in good shape and clean while all my friends are either dead or still using and living in shit. Quitting drugs is the hardest thing i've experienced, but that's what gives you a character. I am not saying this to sound mean, but really i'm trying to help by telling that you need to stop feeling sorry for yourself and take responsibility of your family

Worst of all, I find myself actually seeking out arguments with my spouse because deep down I know I'll get stressed and BOOM, back to my drug of choice. I'm about to lose my family and everything I hold dear to me. I'm like a chicken with its head cut off. My wife and I fight, make up, I make promises, and the cycle repeats. Worst fight tonight. She almost left me. She won't take much more. I'm so ashamed

Find a 10min guided meditation for stress or self love on youtube and do that everyday..... eventually your brain will stop looking for stress/fights. Stress is an addiction if you experience it for long enough your brain gets addicted to the chemicals it releases; and your brain will make you act out in a way to give yourself more stress to release more of those chemicals. I hope you are doing better.

I’ve wanted to be sober for awhile but I then find that I am unable to meet people and talk which I need. How do I find a way to meet people and be social which I’m not without cocaine and alcohol to feel fulfilled. I get sober for 3 weeks then think I can just have “one drink” which works for a little bit until it becomes something I can’t control again and then I’m out here spending $200 per night easy.

So, why don't you feel one with God? Do you let others define and shape what God is for you? I notice you wrote g-d , I take it you have been impressed with the Jewish interpretation of God. What is it that keep you from connecting with God? Is this disconnect caused by the contemporary view of God in the Torah and Talmud?

@@El-sr1id on the contrary,my dream and will is to keep the torah and all its laws properly and happily, and and I am keeping it (on my level properly) but in this world of extreme lies and sickness the “other side”... believe it or not even this KZfaq clip lol is all “lies” distractions from the TRUTH.....it’s all around.... and those of us who seek the truth and WANT so badly to connect to god,US people the “other side” prays on MUCH more then the rest of the world,99.99999 % of the world wouldn’t be able to stand for 5 seconds in the test a Jew that wants hashem so badly has, they would collapse on the spot! Literally, and I know while you are reading this the thoughts you may or anyone else may be having...... but I promise if you stop, put down you’re phone, and close you’re eyes and look at the world with truth.... look at the lies and all the things blocking our connections with god....and realize “why” this is happening, understand why is there so many “coverings” who is this for,why was the world this vast world FULL of wonders every moment wonders upon wonders......... day and night... night and day.... Who was this all made for the earth the oceans the rivers the sea,the sun moon and stars... and above and above and the depths of the the depths.......all these people angles and seraphim and on and on..... all the animals trees, vast creation creatures of all kinds.... Anyone with half a brain will yearn with a full heart to be connected to the ONE who created that..........and especially a Jew who the world runs according to his actions, wether people like us or not....... it’s not our fault that god created a “system” there are worlds upon worlds created in order for this world to be able to “handle” and even talk about god,he’s beyond our comprehension, the ONLY way we have anyway of “understanding” god (a Jew) is through the torah and mitzvos, and a non Jew through the seven laws of noach, and from learning from the Jews, and especially the holy Jews, how they act and talk and live...... that’s it.... in VERY SHORT..... :)

@@mce3210 The very short part is debatable. Has it ever occured to you that mayhaps Judaism is one such path to a connection with the "creators of the world's" that it is just as true and just as valid as Buddhism to a Buddhist or Accepting Jesus into your heart for Christians. Even Islam is valid for a true believer with righteous intent. Despite the controversy that surrounds it. Religion should be looked at more like a spiritual tool, rather than a contract one was conscripted to sans consent on the day they were born. With that said.... Would the machinations of an automated world be able to even comprehend thier creator ? Maybe like ants trying to comprehend a 747 takeoff in the distance. Nice to meet you. My name is Eldin. Also , I am somewhat learned in Judaism, Talmud, and Torah. I'm sure no where near as much as you. So bear with me if I come across as ignorant or assumptive. @@El-sr1id there can’t be 2 truths or 3 truths or 4 truths.....there CAN only be one truth, because something is true to YOU,doesn’t make it THE truth. Because you believe there are many gods..... doesn’t make it the truth, yes there are many worlds, but that’s only because the ONE god who really “created” the number one,so we really have no grasp on what it even means, and if you studied enough with all due respect you’d understand what I’m saying...... there’s literally never ending amounts in Judaism to be studied....... hard to explain on a KZfaq chat........... but In very short yes the reason why you “see” the world the way you do and think there are many gods and all that is because at least as of now because you didn’t accept the torah at sinai and you’re (angel) in heaven at the time god gave the torah, didn’t accept it as did all the other angles (who god appointed over each other “religion” to “govern” it and gave them a certain rule of how they should govern..... but the Jewish nation.... and these are secrets that if you don’t learn about it, A LOT and be truthful with yourself with tremendous power, you WILL take insult to what I’m saying even though, what I’m saying if you understood and did that and looked in to it with TRUTH,you would only see love, the Jewish nation was CHOSEN by god to give us the torah and we were chosen by god from when he chose in HIS WISDOM through the TORAH,to create the world that WE know of and see we were created first, and through US Jews and OUR keeping of the TORAH and connection to OUR father, everything else was created after and was then broken one after the other down to this world and the reason why it seems to you as “many” is because you are far from the ONE truth.......... all this is being said in LITERALLY a never ending sea of knowledge so I kind of feel foolish even writing this in such short wording....... but again.....if you study and truly want the truth, you will find......trust me NOTHING in the universe and I mean NOTHING will EVER take a torah learning jew away from our one true god and Torah......it’s IMPOSSIBLE. Understand that......it simply isn’t created in the nature that god created his world.................

Im here as my boyfriend is in the same situation as you and I’m looking for help. I don’t know what to do anymore, how to help him. I can not control him, I’m afraid every time I’m leaving him alone he’s gonna go high. I wish I could sort his life out but I can’t, his ex also doesn’t let him see his kid, he’s devastated, especially now after Christmas. Things just getting worse and worse, I don’t want to leave him to destroy himself but also I don’t want him to drag me down to the bottom with him. Even worse he’s spending a lot of £ when he’s on drugs..

I realized my addiction was to cope and it was filling a void. I now want to fill that void with healthy things and have a completely healthy life, feeling good and stuff . When I’m truly at peace with myself and love myself I will never touch a bad drug again. Weed is good tho it’s not addictive for me it’s more of a wind down at the end of a long day or talk about deep shit with your partner or friend while high😌

I’ve spent years trying so hard to quit smoking and cannibas. And the more I try the more I live in more fear and mental pain. I have no support, I’ve tried everything and nothings working. All I’m doing is sinking deeper and deeper into darkness and pain everyday . I don’t know what’s wrong with me. And to get help of any kind you need money

@@alive-academy thank you so very much. I truly appreciate this. I’ve spent the last two years doing a lot of healing , from childhood up till now and it’s been very painful, I’ve had no support, no friends and my family left me instead of standing by and helping me. I feel so lost and helpless. And unless you have thousands of dollars no one’s willing to help me. Thank you so very much ❤️🌹💕🙏☀️

Hi Tom. After 25 years of drug use I am now able to move away from this issue. I started my journey from addiction by being the real me. I was scared for a long time to come out as Transgender (over 35 years). I recognise that I have been scared. I was in a recovery meeting last week coincidentally mentioned that I was scared. Your video has rung a lot of bells and has affirmed what I have known for a while. I thought in the last year that I have been living without shame. I now realise that it is not the lack of shame but a lack of fear. Thank you for being you xx

I hope guys realize, we all have fear and some fear of just life itself every day, this is normal and for ones who don't do anything to cope with it realize that we can and will have another day but also that we can do something else like find a hobby or watch something positive to make us feel better. I have been dealing with an addict, and know that if someone is dealing with you it's not because they have to, we can always choose to walk away, if they are there it's because they care even when they don't realize they make it worse by their reactions to you by getting angry or crying etc.

your “best friend” wouldn’t be feeding you drugs yo help you cope. a real friend would help you understand your feelings and solve problems instead of burying them. separate yourself from toxic people and surround yourself with an environment that is positive for your mind space and wellbeing

Many times in life you experience the truth of the friendship you think you have until you experience that they are just damaging you and this are hard lessons in life from we must learn.. real friends are very rare and unique but possible max on 1 hand counted or the half .. all the other ‘friends come and go and Is part of your life process and you are in control to choose who you want to be with ..: I’m 38 years and I just find out it’s hard but it’s possible .. I have been using cocaïne for 25 years I love it soo much and I still do but just recently maybe because the corona lockdown I’m just with myself and get confronted with my self and I don’t enjoy using just alone but I continued end it have affected me in a way that I will go to a rehab to become clean and work my body and get ready for summer because I know I will not stop forever as I always have fun and this is the point of using drug .. only use if you feel good because it’s only strength the feeling of your mood...!if you don’t feel good stop 🛑 using because you will feel worse and it can get you loose all you have and others.. cocaine is has a strong power and if your cannot handle to stay happy when you are using cocaïne as it should be for pleasure only the. The Devil takes over you and takes you down to very deep scary places and it’s hard to get out of there .. I have see. It soo many times and now after 25 years I finally experience my down site and I lost joy and fun and my alarm 🚨 goes because i have great life but if I continue now I will loose it all because I use now without pleasure and fun it becomes addiction and I feel guilt and I’m afraid now and I must stop right now before it takes me all the way..: so for everyone who read this just enjoy drugs as long if you feel good and happy and have fun at all time .. and if you loose this good feeling and don’t have more fun or pleasure .. then stop using drugs because it will take you down to guilt paranoid and I don’t even mention twhere it can take you ..: I have been in the battle to be stronger than cocaine for 25 years and with success and have helped many people but now it hit me and in 2 weeks I. Go to a rehab to get my mind back and become clean. I never thought this would ever happen to me .. and I wish I could help other people to as I know the point and alarm 🚨 when you must stop before is to late .. maybe I should make my own channel before I go to rehab and the experience and after... ok thank you for reading my whole story to be continued 😌

The firzt thing you need to do is stop putting yourself down! It onky keeps u in the same place. The guilt , shame, pain , etc get rid of them. Only use them when you u feel like using. Remimd urself of those feelings and that they are caused by substances. Learn to love yourself exactly as you are . U can do th at by meditation and visualization. Science shows tgat when u visualize. Your physical body reacts as if u r really doing it . Tbis means we can change our own dopemine serotonin and endorphins etc. On our own. I get months or years of clean time but then always seem to relapse and go on another lengthy run....... I a, nkw starting to use neuroscience, meditation amd visualization, and reiki to pull myself from this relapse. Also meed to surrond myself with positive people read and listen to alot of positive videos and music and MAKE CONNECTIONS, Connection to others and love is crucial. Newer studies show oxytocin is released in ur brain when u connect with others.just as it is released in a mother and her newborn.and it is the missing link in helping to combat addiction. U r not alone. U are have amazing potential inside of u waiting to show. U just need to find what healthy thing can stimulate it and bring it forth. Desire change a d BELIEVE u caan do it! Take schedualed times throughout the day when ur sober to remind urself y u hate using and the negative feelings jt brings. Condition ur brain to hate them! And check out Joe dispenza..... amazing videos on how to condition ur brain and the power of belief with thd science to back it up. Much love, peace and light Eva

I'm in a place to stop by choice but I can't stop and the problem is that I do drugs that's what brings all my pain and is also the bandaid and distraction my greatest fear is quitting everything. There I shined the light that's as far as I get. How do I quit for EVER. I say we must change everything I always slip up with the people I got hi with now I'm at this miserable point again and I know there's more needed and it works a little different than he says. When you slam all your drugs it takes changing everything and staying that way and it can be done
