To a certain extent, yes. I cry a lot and I seriously cannot stop for HOURS, it is detrimental for me and my overall health, it may be a sign of depression/anxiety so yeah, not always.

Don't stop crying when you feel like it, you hold it back a couple times, you feel undefeatable, when you actually want to cry and let things out, the tears won't come. Take it from me, the song "no tears left to cry" is reality, to be taken seriously. If you want to cry, then Goddamn it, cry, there's no shame or wrong in it. And it can mentally kill you if you hold it long enough.
