I have suffered from panic attacks since 2012. Ever since i discovered you in 2013, my life has change as i realized that i am not the only that felt this. I thought there was really something wrong with me. Then I made a decision to change my life and not let panic attack control my life. It was tough but it was worth. i listen to your relaxation and lessons. It helps calm down alot. Just listening to your audio makes me calm. Like as though i have a friend beside me while having those panic attacks. I still get panic attack sometimes but i am in better control. Now, i have dreams and goals and i'm working towards it. To all those people suffering from panic attacks, you are not alone, face your panic attacks and deal with it. It will be worth it. If Geert can do it , so can we . Peace, Harris

I have exactly same story as you. I had it in 2012 too but I didnt get to find Geert until 2015. I wanted to tell everyone who might be watching his KZfaq VDO to go ahead, you are on the right channel. The money you spend on buying his course is so worth it. You really get your happy life back. So happy to read your story too Harris Chew. I'm now helping random Thai people by using what I have learnt from Geert. I pass on my knowledge. This guy is on point. Heart poundings, Fainting, Headaches, Pain on the chest, Sweating, Nausea, Dry mouth, Impending doom, Numbness pressure on the head Nervousness for no reason. Fear I landed at the ER 3 times already. I started having panic attacks that I thought it was a heart attack. Got chest xray, MRI and cat scan on for my brain. All tests were negative. In fact the ER doctor said my heart was the healthiest heart in the building. I do exercise and eat very healthy, no smoke, no drink, no drugs. Im at the Dr. Office as I type this, my heart was pounding pretty fast.. After watching this video, it makes me feel more calm.. thank you..

I have panic attacks related to agoraphobia. I've been researching how to regulate my anxiety and understand my unique case. I have found that diet and nutrient do play some roles into anxiety control, but being in the specific situations that cause my attacks go beyond that. This video is now going into my research.

i ised to have panic attacks for 5 years i took xanax nd cipralex tyen stop it after montes ,, panic attack came back but i overcomes it after one year,, later i started to have same panic attack symptoms but not strong the problem its constantly non stop all the day then anything i feel like chest pain or breathing problem i go to doctor they do chech up then i go back symptoms pop up again them i get scared just like i never been to doctor .. wht can i i d about it im afraid to go out to set alone to sleep .. heart attack is my obsession now and death .. all my checkup is ok cannot convience my self

Watch the rest of his videos they really help. Don't try and stop thinking about it, that only makes it worse, tell yourself that you are ok it sounds strange doing that but it works. I had similar symptoms to yours, I was a hypochondriac going to the emergency room all the time I have gotten rid of anxiety with his methods and I had it really bad. I believe in you, you can do it.

I've suffer'd Panic Disorder since 2008, and never really got any help from the NHS. today they are worse as ever and now I suffer with Agoraphobia and Depression. I even had tpo pack up my job, and now I'm house bound with absolutely no life.. Medication and Cognitive Behaviour did not help for me

@@REDSHOTMISTIKE82 as someone who also struggle from panic disorder and anxiety is to let it happen, the more you are anxious about the next panic attack the harder it is just accept it is apart of your life and see it fade as time pass

I'm 22 been stuck stuck in that circle for 8 year's now since my first panic attack I can keep panic at bay but only by doing unhealthy coping like avoiding. I'm on edge all day everyday its very hard to break the cycle. Been diagnosed with generalized anxiety, panic disorder with agrophobia and depression.

Jake, Meditation heals anxiety and panic attacks as it reprogrammes the mind. Watch alternate nostril breathing meditation videos on Google and do it for 5 to 10 minutes if possible twice a day. You can sit on a chair and do it. Negative thoughts will reduce.Read the benefits of the above meditation on Google search. Make meditation a daily habit and enjoy life. Shyaaam Sir, Mentor.

try cbd oil, mixed with daily excserise routine, no alcohol and sugar and find things that make u happy it takes time but it comes right

@@thychorn6617 try meditation, yoga, quitting coffee and start thinking positive, i still stuggle with them as well but time will heal trust me
