@Lavisolanki0101 hi dear, with panic attacks, I let it pass.. I used to avoid it and rush to hospitals because I thought I am having heart attack but now I learned to accept that it is happening, wash your face with cold water, breathing exercises. I’m still having panic attacks but I’m trying to live with it and tell myself if worst situation happen, let it happen, but then after it passes, I’m okay. My neck still hurts for two months now but I am avoiding to think anything that will trigger anxiety because I’ll feel that jolt feeling running from my shoulders, neck and head and it’ll make it worst. Never take anti depressants, take magnesium, vitamin b12 and eat on time..no sugar or caffeine. Hope we all get better soon. Hugs🤗

OMG I've been dealing with anxiety issues for a while now but so much more in the past few months 😞. I've had panic attacks while driving and at work which terrified me. I almost passed out on two occasions.. if you read this, know you're not alone. I need to remember this also

How are u coping? It’s been two months now for me, I wake up each morning feeling so depressed and like no more joy in the world but I’m fighting it.I want to be my old self again.I managed my panic attacks but the low mood is killing me and its like crawling from my heart to my brain.

Remember you are very unlikely to pass out, during panic your heart is pumping too much. So unless you have another medical condition you'll be upright. I know how it feels. 🙏

What other things do you use when your overstimulated with anxiety ?
@kennyd26007 ай бұрын
@dignifieddan.4198 Telling myself that everything is OK, it's just anxiety and it will pass. Actually saying it out loud. Also focusing on my body, shoulders etc and trying to relax them. Also a big one, breathing out slower and longer than I'm breathing in and letting each breath begin in the stomach rather than the chest. We all tend to " overbreathe and not realize it during anxiety attacks.
@dignifieddan.41987 ай бұрын
@@kennyd2600 those are all good ideas man. It’s definitely a journey. I’m 33 and I’ve had GAD my whole life but it’s only been real bad the last few months. I like to workout so that helps, but when I’m not, I’ve been trying Therapy also. And even just mindfulness. For me it was health anxiety which hit hard for my mental health but I’m trying to use all of this coping skills to overcome it and move forward. I like the belly breathing exercises though !

The worst was at grade 5 camp. We were 2 and a half hours away from home and it was 1:00 am. Everyone was asleep and I couldn't talk. Thank god for my friend who heard me crying and woke up. She got the teacher at just the right time. I blacked out just as the teacher walked in. They took me to the nearest doctor and called my parents. Scariest moment of my life

Necrophobia is the fear of the dead and encompasses related associations like bodies, graves and funeral parlors, whereas thanatophobia is the fear of your own death. Necrophobia typically develops in children who have experienced a traumatic life event, such as a family member’s death.

Was freaking out (internally) at home at night, terrible paranoia, this helped. Stopped thinking the scary thoughts was a good distraction and broke me out of the freezing up. (Something to focus on, plus it gets me moving, stops me staying tense and still for god knows how long, always aches after too so it's nice to break it up before that becomes an issue) Tho admittedly at first I was really scared to even move or make noise, was doing it super quiet and barely breathed, but after I while I wasn't *as* afraid, was still scared but hey, takes awhile for it to wear off. Much more relaxed now, bit jumpy, but at least I ain't freaking out. Dunno how soon I'll be able to sleep tho, *that* might take some time.
