🌼🐕💮Hello @clarkkegley greetings! :-) I just have to leave a comment here that I had to laugh so much,😅 and I am still laughing again and again about how you taught the listeners in another video, how can someone make himself adorable to others🤭...one point was you said "Do interesting shit" ! :-)🤣 haha..man your advices are really gorgeous, I love to listen to you, because you are really telling the interesting truth, you must be an awakened, because me as a human with supernatural powers and more wisdom, I am not bored, and that means a lot. Also you have a lot of humour, I like that! About that instagram and tic toc addiction you are absolutely right, me I also do not use any Meta options. Kind regards 🐦🌸🐕☀️💜

@@user-nw8db1tk3bexactly me! I’m not passionate about anything. I’m not depressed but I don’t have big goals. I feel like nothing is worth me working hard or chasing seriously. Maybe I’m just burnt out, idk. I wish I could find out if there’s something wrong or not everyone is meant to have burning desires!

Hi Clark, I'm 18 years old and i think i should've watched this video earlier which actually would've made me better... Because i have wasted the whole year procrastinating and wasting time, when i should've focused more on my studies...After watching this video, i thinks its time for me to change and show myself what i can be... This is a promise to myself... Thank you so much man..,

dude. i literally have been using your video on how to get more done in a week than most people do in a year. one of the things i had to stop doing was social media where i'm not actually learning something new, a skill, etc. i unfollowed all of those news pages on twitter/x. today i was in there looking for those news tweets manually when you said on this video that news is one of the time wasters. sigh. got me again. thank you.

Thanks for this post, my biggest challenge now is what you said, absorbing too much information and comparing myself with my leads. I'm Career Coach in progress, and following many of the leads (like yourself) and comparing myself with leads like you makes me feel discourage and postpone any progress, today I was thinking I need to get out of this situation and make a move

Passive context switching is an interesting concept. I’m glad you pointed that out, as I’d never heard of that before. It’s not us switching from working on one thing then trying to get INTO a completely different thing. It’s the CONTENT we’re consuming that is switching our context. That it would also have a cost to our ability to focus makes sense. Even passively, our brains are working to understand.

Me, personally, would add to that list alcohol/parties, cause steals not only from your own time but also from your sleep time, plus the time you spend next morning getting rid of the hangover. It's cool hanging out with your friends but alcohol and parties are going to burn your time and money.

And also say, being organized and being on the phone stuff in a moments notice. Also, I think I spend way too much time on Facebook marketplace buying stuff. I’m in the right now I’m in the market for a certain type of refrigerator and in the market for a jeep and oven I purchased bunch of file cabinets in the chair. You’ll find a lighter now and stuff but do you need stuff but it’s very time consuming. What do you think?

I struggle with this, as a parent. I go to bed at 9, wake up at 6 to get ready and leave for work, I get home at 4.. so between 4-9 is making dinner, baths, reading, and bedtime. Kids are in bed by 8:30, and I get 1/2 before I go to bed (so this would be shower time). Zero minutes left during the week. The weekend? Household chores (laundry, decluttering, dishes, clean bathrooms and floors, meal planning, grocery shopping), swimming lessons, birthday parties, making meals... I mean - am I out to lunch here? Is it just me?
@GM-ed7go
@GM-ed7go 2 ай бұрын
That's a tough one for parent's. I've been there. I've found that the key is to do something consistently over time. There are good suggestions in this video, but be careful with "targets" like you have 3300 hours of "free" time so you can find a 1000 hours to improve yourself. Maybe you really can't. But, you could probably find 100, 200 or 300 over the course of a year. Do that consistently for several years and you're ahead of 95% of the people out there. Also, leveraging technology can help. Listen to an audiobook while you're cleaning and cooking on the weekends for example. The other thing I would suggest is stop worrying about it. Worrying just adds stress and makes it harder to do what you want to do. I know, it's easy to say these things, but a lot tougher to do them. Take a baby step and feel good about taking it.

I think it’s a boat switching characters so whenever I get embarrassed about something I’ll be like oh people think that I’m like this but it’s like no nobody remembers nobody cares do not jump into the character that it’s like desperate like if I feel like some desperate character I’m not gonna meet my goals being that desperate character.

not everything needs to be politicized for sure dude ! Voting is important and knowing who to vote for is pretty much all that should be important . It doesn’t take time to occasionally, actively, learn about politicians that you can actually vote for (do something about). Why would we consume so much news when it’s all things we can’t control. Seems like we say the same things in slightly different languages. I’m with u!

What about cooking, shopping for food, cleaning the house, take care of yourself and loved ones, paying bills, time to pray, time to talk to your kids, grinds and family! Sure, if you’re a selfish person can only invest time on yourself but surely nobody will cook 4 for children, taking care of daily business, keeping the house on fire and so on! It’s easy to say but not easy to apply these principles

It's stupid to say compare our 24 hours with billionaires. I gotcha that we all have 24 hours but it is not same. They have people who help them with literally everything like cooking, driving, cleaning, chores, and many many many more things. This help them have more time than average person. Think about it man.
