Dude hollow is a stupid thing that your favorite pseudo athletes created to fool you. Watch gymnastics there is no hollow body in planche or Maltese

Once I can hold a tuck planche should I just do those until I can get frog? Or should I continue doing the leans as well

Always do leans they are really important for shoulder conditioning and strength, once you do tuck hold move onto other progressions such as tuck pushup and advanced tuck, although advanced tuck is a relatively high skill jump so try to get at least like 10 sec tuck hold then do stuff like tuck planche pumps and stuff to train for advanced

@@warrior49646 for me i was able to do more than 30 sec at tuck and still stucked then i started hollow body and tuck planch push ups, and remember take enough rest to see the progress

idk if ur still stuck but if u are, try extending one leg into advanced tuck then extend both and progress from there that is what i did
