So question I multi stream and I’m wondering if this will affect my landscape and make it vertical or will it stay landscape for kick and twitch but vertical for TikTok

You can change Aitum to be 1920x1080 and change the left canvas to be 1080x1920 or install the multi rtmp plugin

Technically you don't need a stream key to stream to Tiktok Live Studio. Just stream via OBS's Virtual Cam. It works for Landscape and Vertical.

I've been told by someone at my agency that TikTok won't boost your stream to the FYP if you're not using TikTok Live Studio. Is that correct? I've been setting everything up in OBS with the Aitum vertical plugin, then using the virtual cam to cast the Aitum vertical content to TTLS and then broadcasting from TTLS. I'm only doing it this way because I was told I wouldn't get boosted going direct to TikTok from OBS, but I haven't been getting boosted much at all using TTLS, so I'm wondering if it's even worth it.

Categorically not correct. I've worked with multiple agencies and I can tell you as a fact they are often no more knowledgeable than any other streamer. Yes, they have contact with TikTok staff but honestly many TikTok staff are clueless. Somebody working for the agency team has likely never set their eyes on the code that runs the algorithm and there are many clear indicators that TikTok's departments are terrible at communicating. Also check the poll a few posts down my community tab. Close to 50% of my community uses either SL or OBS.

All that said, gather your own data from a large data set. Do 20 streams, alternate between LS and OBS. Look at the analytics when done. That would be the scientific way.

@@TTLiveWithHarry It feels like it'd be the perfect scientific way, but I also feel like there's no rhyme or reason to getting boosted. Sometimes I'll have 4k views, and the next day I'll have 200 - streaming at the same time, the same content, for the same duration.

There are no set requirements to get a stream key. They are issued via agencies. If you can't join an agency then check to see if you have access to TikTok LIVE Studio which lets you stream from a Windows PC. Agencies are country based. I get alot of gifts back to back none stop and its to the point it will work first 10 mins then after the triggers stop 🛑 the sound may play but not the webhook triggers and then out of no where everything goes off at once like its playing catch up

They haven't been given the invite slots by TikTok. I think the larger agencies should be able to invite you up to 1M tho

You can just use the "multiplayer" paper server as a single player server. Is something missing?

Im having an issue trying to figure out why when i stream on OBS (twitch and TikTok) my games will lag (even if its a story mode game not just online) and i have really good internet speed, i even have a ASUS gaming router and all (i run wired though) but my streams show good/high quality (doesnt lag on stream but in game) but for some reason makes my PC trip out any tips or ideas? @@Kongdeffgaming is OBS picking up the game audio? Ps5’s make it very difficult to Record game audio. What kind of headphones are you using? Are they usb, wired, or use an optical audio cable?
