You're able to go live on TikTok from your PC because you have your stream key... I downloaded TikTok Live Studio, set everything up, and it told me that I don't have access. This video doesn't help at all.

not everyone can use the tiktok studio or even get a stream key tiktok only allows a select group of ppl but they are working on allowing more ppl to use it .. and this is straight from tiktok themself as i asked them about it

TikTok in general has some choppy rules in this regard, as some people get "live strudio" having 1K+, 5K+, etc. They should define themselves specifically. Well, and the other thing is that TT has cool options like streaming mobile games I think only from 10K generally their thinking is from outer space.

Now you need 10k follows for LIVE Studio and at least 25 minute on a normal live.

yeah and tiktok studio doesnt bloody support AMD anymore and i use to stream on it and when i signed out and signed in then it says AMD isnt supported anymore only NVIDIA worls with it now which is really stupid cant choose anything else

You cant start 2 different streams on the same time but u can use services like restream to do this. (search on google about it)

yes if you're able to stream from your pc to tiktok then yes use tiktok studio to stream to tiktok and obs to stream to twitch at the same time if your pc can handle the load

I can stream with obs perfectly while running games with discord open ect... Tiktok live on the other hand I can even stream a browser game without the stream lagging like crazy :( and ways to solve this?? Other then upgrading my PC lol

Tiktok live studio is crap and it has so many issues. It gives input delay on my hardware (keyboard,mouse), you should limit the frame rate so it doesn't look choppy on stream, it's chat box source is cropped, and it hides the cursor everytime you go fullscreen on a game. Why cant they just distribute rtmp keys on everyone for obs.
