The information provided by you is very limited as you have not specified the type of structure it is, like Load bearing structure or frame structure, also the total height of the property including number of floors, but then also, first you will have to identify, whether the wall you wish to remove is load bearing wall or a partition wall, the size of the wall, the age of the structure, current condition of the beam and column. Based on that you can decide your next step.

I never heard about cost of coloumn jacketing from any engineer of youtube.Every one says about method and types but why don't you guys talk about the cost.very unfortunate that we are getting half knowlege through you guys.
