Try this fun ankle drill for warming up your ankles before you get onto the trampoline, escpecially important for younger athletes who are still building up their strength and conditioning program
Coaches, do this with your athletes instead of a boring static warm-up that does not stimulate the athletes, or their brain, at the start of training. With this drill the athletes are forced to 'think' while they simultaneously strengthen their ankles.
