How I style my short, stacked (inverted) bob. This hairstyle is great for those of us with very fine, thin hair as it allows you to get a lot of body into your style. I am not an expert or a hairdresser, but this is how I do it.

I went straight out and cut my tired hair off into this hairstyle after watching this video today. I showed it to the stylist, and she recreated it perfectly. It took ten years off my face! I'm ecstatic. I love your videos!

Hi Nisha, I got this haircut over the summer. I continue to watch hair videos and read comments because the tips are very helpful! My hair is straight and fine, too. It takes about a half hour every 3/4 days to wash/style it. The other days, it takes about 5 minutes. People can google "Short stacked inverted Bob" -- choose IMAGES and they will find all kind of photos of versions of it they can screenshot and take to their hairdresser. This style is very dependent on the cut. I have to have mine trimmed every 5 weeks to keep it in shape so that I can care for it at home. I am enjoying it, because I never have a bad hair day! Sally's has generic products that are equivalent to, in my visit today, for example, to your Tigi Bedhead Maxx Non-Aerosol. It is by BTZ. I can't wait to try it. I need something that is, to use your word, "cement". Love it! :) Even my husband likes my hairstyle! Thank you soooo much!!! Cheri B. -- upstate, NY/USA

Love your haircut! I struggle with the same thing...breakage on my sides of my hair. I had a conditioner that worked wonders for my color treated hair and made it so strong and healthy (I had really long hair last year using it) but they discontinued it and now my hair breaks off easily so I keep cutting it shorter. Thank you! I use Text it ll from Loreal Studio as my volume in the roots. I always just bend over and blow it almost dry but I'll try this. The Loreal really creates a lot of volume. Then I do the velcro rollers or hot rollers depending on time. Great video Nisha!

Started watching your videos on make up for hooded eyes and I think your advice and methods are fantastic then I continued on watching your hair videos because I found you so informative, I coincidentally just had this hair cut yesterday, it wasn't quite what I asked for but its what I got, I haven't tried to style it yet but i hope it looks as good as your haircut which is gorgeous! Thank you so much for this video! I am now wearing my inverted bob closer to what my hairdresser does it. I have always used my dryer with round brushes like my hairdresser does but it doesn't look that great and flopped after half a day. One question: I have used the smallest rollers on the back of my hair but because it is so short the hair tends to stick out. Would you recommend a different method for very short hair in the back? By the way, I have left a comment on your hooded eye video today. I have tried your technique and it makes my eyes look great! Thanks for your recommendations!

Love your hair shorter its so you. I always used the Paul Mitchel products since 1980's until I brought out my own. My husband surprised me with the Dyson hairdryer at Christmas I was absolutely knocked out I had of course mentioned (a few times lol) that I would love it but never for one minute did I think he would buy it. I absolutely love it, the design has been very well thought out I use the lowest heat and blow settings (I have very fine hair too) and what I love is that it doesn't blow your hair around so I do get a much smoother blowdry. It really is amazing very lightweight and does a great job. Love your jumper by the way and enjoyed your video. oxox Vivienne

your hair looks great Nisha, love the red jumper on you.watching this in my velcro rollers! I find Nioxin no 5 shampoo and conditioner really gave me a lot of body back to my fine on top thicker at ends blonde chemically treated menopausal rats nest of hair! Nioxin intense treatment deep repair hair masque i also love, you need very little mid to ends leaves hair really smooth and lots of shine. : )
