Thanks for the idea regarding visiting churches, temples n wearing a slip dress with ur linen shirt on top. Also when visiting Muslim countries it would work wonders for me, been struggling in that regard coz it's hot n humid n yet one needs to cover up. I like the fact that this channel is not just about clothes there are lessons too.

I absolutely love linen anything, it's my all time favourite fabric to wear next to silk. In December I was purging my closet and realized that I had 22 white linen shirts and tops...I had some repeat styles lol. I love those powder blue pants and the shorts. You are right, linen easily elevates any Look!

I absolutely love Linen. I’d wear it all year if my residential climate allowed. I scored two pair of Linen wide leg slacks in white and light blue and a Linen Trench in Navy from Nordstrom in October. I love buying out of season. It’s where the savings reside! I have Linen pants, shorts in Olive, Tan and Grey and currently shopping for dresses.

Excessive sweating is known as hyperhidrosis, it is pretty uncomfortable, using deodorants with aluminum can stain the under arms of your outfits especially whites. My palms, feet, under arms go through the same issue. Like you, maintaining a squeaky personal regimen helps. In the winter months I use the 0% aluminum deodorants to reduce my exposure, come summer I need something stronger, so its back to the aluminum. There is a procedure that is touted to stop the sweating, but have read about some concerning outcomes. Also, it lasts for a while and you have to retouch. Spicy foods sets it off for me as well, some factors personally exacerbate my hyper sweating.

Yes that's what I've discovered. I've been experimenting with foods and spices. I love spicy food so much but I hate how the sweat I get after eating. I've been using apple cider vinegar as deodorant and it helps so much and want to see how it goes for the summer.

Omg I too have serious sweaty hands, feet, underarms and nose....even in the dead cold. Spicy food does trigger my sweating but I'm not giving up my spice. I have realized that when I do a detox mask under my pits with Indian healing clay, Moroccan ghassool clay and Apple cider vinegar my pits won't sweat as heavily

@@dadouchic I understand that! Lol I didn't say it's bad that you don't like or wear jeans, I just find it unusual because I've never met or heard of anyone that doesn't. Maybe the Queen or something lol. But it doesn't matter to me whether you do ir don't. It's your preference. Regardless, you dress well. Have a great weekend!
