Good video! I just bought the Clarks desert boots in Oakwood Suede but now that i have them in hand they look more like beige than I expected, and i was looking for more like a camel colour. I'm considering to buy the Cola suede colour, though they seem pretty dark, beyond camel, like light brown suede. What would you recommend?

Would you say that the dark brown Clark bushacre 2 are dressier than the beeswax or the plain brown? I want something that I can wear with a Navy blazer and a tie that I can wear to a nice restraunt. I'm wondering just how dressy Chukkas can be.

I love the Chukka boot but I dislike how the shoe laces hang once they're laced up. Any suggestions?? I've even tried double looping the laces in the holes. 😊

I have my first pair of chukka boots coming in tomorrow! A pair of Thursday Boot Scout chukkas in cognac. I have a good feeling about them. As for Clarks, I had a bad experience a few months ago with a pair of loafers from them. Until I see something that really wows me, I'm going to avoid the brand.

They do change color over time with wear. will they ever exactly match, that I can't promise will happen..

Love my Clarks, but HATE to wear them cuz the seem to be dirt/dust/stain magnets. My wife laughs at me cuz everytime I wear them, I'm super-cautious about where I step, what I eat, and most importantly what the weather forecast is going to be. So, how do you protect yours and keep'em so fresh? I've gone through 2 pairs in a year.

Use a waterproof spray. I worked for a shoe company & we always recommended waterproof spray. Not too heavy on suede though.

Thank you for modeling the light Chino's with the chukka's. I put that outfit combination together last month and it looked PHENOMENAL! I was getting the impression from one of the other fashion sites that chukka's and chino's together were a " no-no." But no, that can't be true. I like how he keeps things fitted but not overly tight and feminine like the new modern styles try to make everyone wear. Not everyone's built to wear slim fit. I wear my chukkas just like that with a semi narrow but not overly narrow leg opening I think it looks better then those tight skinny girly looks
