Ngl if I am wearing pants and don't plan on letting anyone inspect my socks, I might be wearing some black adidas socks with my J's. But trust if I am wearing shorts I am definitely not brand hopping.

Being a shorter stockier guy, I find if I wear crew socks and shorts they make me look shorter than I already am. So in that case Ill go ankle socks on 1s, 3s, 4s and 5s often. That's my opinion anyway.

I use quarter socks for high tops. They still go above the shoe but not as much as crew. Crew socks make everyone's legs looks shorter and out of proportion.

Can’t front…..didn’t want to watch this video, but getting ready for work today and just woke up……and bruh….. I love this one……you’re on point with the sock knowledge. I’m 45 and am 100% a sock head……always always buying new socks……mostly black, either Jordan or Nike……and just started to buy more white again……even though I always had a pair or two ready for that outfit. Ty for taking the time to get this one out…..A LOT OF PEOPLE have no idea about accessories and how much it completes the LOOK. DJ kills it again!!!

I'll just say, for someone who has a variety of brands for my sneakers, I've been getting like different brand socks that do not really tie you down to only one brand of sneakers. For example, I've been rocking undefeated, stussy, etc for my socks for all my sneakers. Not just nike with nike, adidas with adidas, etc. It saves you from buying different socks for each brand of shoes you have! Just my advice!

I think that if you are wearing the white crew socks with the swoosh with j1's u should scrunch the sock and hide it in the shoe.It looks better in my opinion

Don’t see a problem with low top socks paired with high top shoes. It made your legs look longer therefore your whole body scale more golden and look taller. If this combination is a problem wtf are ppl wearing socks with sandals?

Bro i think you're doomed. Im 6'1 212 and my calves and ankles are damn near the same size. Been that way my whole life even when I was skinnier, I've not found a solution to this problem yet besides just wear jeans lol

Interesting video but I do disagree--here in the NY city area and at the gym I always see high tops with a no sock look. It's way sexier because it shows off the legs better. My go to is 3/4 jogger shorts with high tops and no show socks. I think the high tops with high socks (especially WHITE) give too much a little boy look--just my opinion.
