I like the tip of connecting with fellow traders to reconnect and see how they have done. Makes sense as trading can feel very lonely and any mistakes are amplified by the feeling that you are alone and making mistakes alone as no one really wants to show losses online. Very good

Is this one a bit for intermediate, half professional traders? I remember watching this about a year ago with around 6 months experience. I can't remember a word he said. Edgewonk and journaling I had no clue about. I thought journaling was about writing down the reason for entering a trade. Obviously it is a lot more. Just shows a bit of how long time it takes to get into all aspects of trading.

I think Hedging is a good idea for cryptocurrency portfolios. You can limit your 3rd party risk by keeping funds (in BTC) in a hard wallet and create an equal short order in an exchange to stay in fiat value. Effectively creating a stable coin for yourself with a small 5% risk of 3rd party exposure.

Great choice of books. Fountain Head is my personal Favorite. And Decision Fatigue, You're right about that it makes the world of difference to schedule. Pretty much everything he said for prep is dead on. I wish I would've watched this two years ago.

long term trading that interest can be accumulated on daily. Are you familiar with this ?I dont know how to trade but is this carry trade? My long term goal is to have my money grow building my capital with out withdrawing from it for period of time

Yes, that's what we call carry trade. Rob Booker made a lot of money back then as he explains here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rdSmra-pqKndenk.html. However, I think it's less straight-forward these days. You also need a big position to make good money.

There's the ascending triangle and also high-tight flag pattern. It can be one of these two. Hope that clarifies it a bit.

How come so many full-time traders are always selling something? If it's not a course, it's a trading room, software and who knows what else. If you are successful trading why would you want to sell other products or services?

Because trading for most successful traders only takes 2-3 hrs a day. What else do you want to do with your time? It's also not fulfilling in the sense that there's no positive impact on people. That's just how I see it...

Because not all traders successful traders want to depend on trading. If you can monetize your skillset to make income, why not?
