Thanks for uploading the video here. It certainly very helpful but I have a question. what would you do when you are hiring a candidate over fresh graduate on experienced candidate ?

Ms. Wang, Did I hear you correctly ? 2 seconds to review the resume ? Someone's career is on the line to become the part of your organization & gets avoided or rejected in 2 seconds.

I often hear the average time to read a resume is 5 seconds. Whatever the industry.
