Does soundcheck and concert tickets charge separately and will our seats changes on soundcheck and concert

For this concert all GA (General Admission/Floor seats) are soundcheck/VIP. They are all standing seat. No seat will be provided. Unfortunately atm all US tour dates are sold out...
