Hey Sam! I don't want to alarm you at all, but I'd definitely reccomend checking to make sure there aren't any CO2 or carbon monoxide buildups or anything in your house because sometimes they can cause memory lapses and stuff!

You should get a security system, it’ll help with the paranoia and safety. So, if it’s you you’ll know, if it’s a person you have them on camera and know how to protect yourself, if it’s a ghost then you at least know and can have whatever piece of mind that gives you. However if it is a ghost and if I was you, I’d move or burn the place down just cause I’d freak out. 😅 Stay safe!

also, as someone who has tattoos & have had them for 4 years. Having a thicker line & design is definitely a good thing bc of what they said, bc it will spread that’s normal!! If you ever do not like a tattoo , DO NOT GET THE TATTOO!!! Doesn’t matter if you hurt feelings, it’s your body!!! Please do your research with artists , do not settle !!!

the semi probably had a load in their truck. the extra weight means that they cant stop or brake very quickly (think of weight and momentum). they probably closed the gap because they couldnt brake in time without hitting you! so the safer option for both of you was to “cut you off”.

When my son was little and still in a crib we would hear him giggling uncontrollably at times mostly right after he would go to bed for the night and first thing in the morning and we could never figure out what was so funny. Eventually we got one of those video baby monitors so we could see what he was doing…I shit you not every single time he would start his giggling it looked like he was being tickled…a little later on in life when he was like 3 and 4 years old he would act as if he was playing with someone and no one was there like he would have conversations when I finally asked him who he was playing and talking with he said “my sister in heaven she plays with me since I was a baby” My daughter passed away 5 years before he was born 🫢

Your tattoo is actually really cute! Maybe consult other artists and asks their opinion/suggestions on how to make it better! Could be a cheaper option too!

Keep in mind (as someone who has 30+ tattoos) that getting it removed doesn't mean you're home free. It's painful, and it can leave scarring that can be impossible to re tattoo over. Look for someone that can touch them up, or work with the lines you have to cover them with a different concept. Always ask to see the artists book before sitting down with them. It's a life long commitment and it's okay to go to a consultation, view their work and then decide they aren't for you.

That story about the dog food is so similar to something that happened to me! In the morning I take my retainers out and put them in my case, in the bathroom. When I was getting ready for bed one night, my bottom retainer was missing. We flipped the house upside down looking for it.. I was panicking bc retainers are $$$$ PLUS we have a dog and I thought maybe if I accidentaly left it on the counter he could have eaten it or something lol. The next day I made an appt to go get a new bottom retainer at the orthodontist and the night before my appointment it appeared on the bed. In the middle of the bed, the made up bed, just placed there. It was weird

Samantha, I dont mean to scare you, but periodically take somebody with you and thoroughly check your attic, your basement (if you have either), unused closets, etc. There is a horrible trend going on called "phrogging" (pronounced "frogging") where people secretly take up residence in other people's homes without their knowledge or permission and use the house or steal food, etc, when the homeowner or renter is asleep or gone. It's kind of like squatting except the home they're squatting in is not abandoned or empty, and they hide and "live" in crawl spaces, attics, places in the home that are rarely accessed by the homeowner or renter. The homeowner or renter has NO IDEA anybody is living in their unused spaces unless they start hearing things or noticing stuff missing or misplaced. It's scary, and it's real, now more than ever with the homelessness crisis.

Aww Sam! I'm so sorry about your tattoo experience - I have 5 and have only had 1 not so great experience!! I feel like we're the same (like maybe not speaking up if not loving a design/feeling bad about leaving the appt & tipping nicely after you don't like it). While I agree with them that it could've not looked as great a few years down the line, it still stinks to not walk away with something you love on your body! I hope in the future if you decide to get another you can find an artist that you love and have a better experience (ALSO - I think your tattoo looks cute, but understand if it wasn't exactly what you pictured)! As someone with tattoos and piercings, I can tell you it'll cost less to get your tattoo touched up and looking better than it will to get it removed. It will also hurt WAY more to get it removed.

hey Sam! most of the time when tattoo artists aren’t specialized in single needle tattoos they like to tell people it’s “impossible” to get mini tattoos done and they all say the same thing about the blob. That only happens when it’s done by someone who doesn’t know how to do small tattoos. Next time you want something like that go to NYC there are ALOT of artists that specialize in mini tattoos. I personally go to mischief tattoo. I have a lot of small pieces and got a lot when I was 18 and no blobs and I am 24 now.

Your tattoo is absolutely gorgeous and adorable. I would wait if I were you before considering covering it up. I promise, you’ll love it. I’ve been there with instant regret because the original design didn’t go as planned but something magical happens during the few weeks of healing. You’ll fall in love with it, and not in a Stockholm syndrome ‘I have to love it’ kind of way. It’s gorgeous girl, and touch ups in the future for it will be beautiful and seamless.

Hey, hey - When It comes to tattoos, my process is ALWAYS to talk to multiple artists, check their books for similar designs, and unfortunately, yes. You will have to wait :( but I have quite a few special tattoos that took me 3 years to get because I didn't want to go through removing them. But the first one is always a blunder (I.e. I have dumbo on my wrist, and well, dumbo is sad, haha). Cant wait to see more of your tattoo journey

I have a similar first tattoo story too! With a butterfly and my butterfly looks like a blob now cause it’s so small and he didn’t warn me about the whole small tattoo & the ink bleeding later on 😭 but I’ve seen people get those dainty tattoos so Im pretty sure some tattoo artist do them maybe not all though? I think it depends on the style of art they are used to doing

Hey I’m in the same boat with removing a new tattoo!! My story is very similar, the artist drew it up and it looked good, but it was bigger than I wanted. He said if I went bigger it would blur and blowout over time. So I went a little bigger. As soon as it was done I regretted it. Fast foward a month or two and it has blowout. I was so pissed, and so many ppl said doing laser removal wasn’t worth it but im doing it. I’m only 2 sessions in but I don’t regret it. I will say, it’s pretty painful and is expensive, but the treatments are spaced apart pretty far. Just my two sense-worth. Love your videos, been watching since the beginning ❤️

I know someone else mentioned it, but please get a CO2 alarm if you don't already have one. C02 exposure can cause very odd lapses in memory that seem unexplainable. You can get them near the fire alarms in any home hardware store/walmart/etc.

Hi! I do tattoos and what they said about the lines blowing out over time is unfortunately true. We get a few dainty tattoo requests that we cant do for that reason. Its such a shame as they look cute for a photo but not for longevity, especially when tattoos are not cheap. Your butterflies still look lovely! Line work is nice and consistent, even if it isn't what you 100% wanted :) Been a watcher for a while now and loving the content!

If they say you could never do that design, def ask another shop next time :) I recommend finding an artist whose work you really like and going to them for designs, that way if it doesn't turn out as expected, you know it will still turn out amazing. I think the lines blowing out has more to do with the artist and how good they are at tattooing
