Amazing video! Have you found a work around concerning reactor? I have done everything ask but always running in errors... Oddly even a clean install doesn't work for me. My last option was using a old version of comfyui that i backup in December. I afraid to update it or add missing node from the manager 😢.

Thanks! Unfortunately, I've also been experiencing issues with Reactor. That's why I started exploring alternatives. If I find a working solution, I'll share it here.

Hello @Ai-Lab-1038! Both use the same models, so the results should be quite close. It is simply using a slightly different implementation.

ok i did everything as you said and I dont see Instaswap when i double click on the canvas ? What could be the reason -- upto video 5:52

Hello @bilalalam1! when starting ComfyUI, do you see import failed for InstaSwap custom node in the terminal? if so, delete the folder and try again. If InstaSwap does not show up in the list of custom nodes in the terminal, you have to make sure to git clone the repo in the correct folder. ComfyUI > Custom Nodes > git clone here.

The only other thing I can think of is that in the terminal / CMD, the import is failing. Not sure what else it could be.

I've tried it today. Couldn't see any significant differences to Reactor in terms of quality and speed. Does anyone have other results?

They both are using the same model... so its normal having exactly the same results. Actually all faceswappers are using this model because its the best, so u will always get the same result.

how to swap face for many people, like photo group?

Hello, you can use the "source_faces_index" and "input_faces_index" parameters from the InstaSwap Fast Face Swap node to select which face you want to change. You can chain the node to have multiple faces.
