Would you say this could be considered a jitterbug dance or not? It seems very similar.

"Jitterbug" is a term I'm familiar with as describing classic swing dancing or more similar to the Lindy hop. This is a much easier style of swing, derived from the East Coast Swing (new age swing). They are both swing dances however!
