Thank you for the education. This is the kind of things that should be taught in school. You may know that 1+1 is 2, but it doesn't matter so much if you're sick from all the toxins in your life.

This is so inspirational to me. I'm currently dealing with a severe case of dermatitis on my hands, and random parts of my body for 7 years now. So, I feel like you are talking directly to me. The dermatologists tell me the same things, and I'm on my last nerve. So yesterday, i completely ditched all of the toxic things in my home in one day. Left with 5 garbage bags of items that are bad for me. I went to simple cleaning, just like you. I want my hands to get better. You never know how badly you need your hands, until you can't even open anything. I've went to a better way of eating as well, that's a work in progress for sure. But its positive. Going on a dairy elimination for a while and see how I respond to it. You are amazing for sharing this video. Thank you for the eye-opening moment, while I was doing my dishes. Much Love!
