If you've synced the calendars using by exporting and importing them to Google Calendar, it's a common issue that calendar updates take up to 24hours to reflect reflect to the target calendar.

Hey Some organizations require users to request admin approval prior to connecting external apps to their accounts. You should request access to your IT admin to whitelist OneCal for you. If they need further details, please send this URL: www.onecal.io/admin-approval

Can it do the other way round. Google calendar ( business google ) TO Outlook ( M365) calendar ??
