Damn you look so much more handsome, masculine, healthier and younger after you quit smoking and drinking. You're my role model. I've recently quit drinking, smoking and junk food too. I really want to get my life back together and glow up like you did!

I've always had this belief where "Im just the type of person who loves sweet food and cannot say no to it". Its so engrained in my mind its crazy even though Ive been trying to change it. This leads to absolute lack of control when I have something sweet in the house. The thought of it tortures me until its finished. The solution is not having that stuff around but its not always possible.

I think it's true what you say about the environment setting. I live with my parents, and I literally have to tell them every day that I can't eat the foods they cook because their meals are carb-loaded. Being in an Asian household, rice is a staple part of their daily meals. Oh yeah, they hate that I have my own meal prep regime when they cook something nice, and they would literally nag at me every day to at least try their food. 🙄 I don't know if they have some sort of memory issue, but it's mentally exhausting to tell them every day that I cannot eat what they eat. But I will not give in.

I love this channel, as I think Minimalist Training is a great concept. But I have a suggestion: Could you please include references? For instance you recommend an exercise to improve posture, but do not share the study that supports this. Alternatively, if these are your own speculative theories this is fine, but I think you should make this clear.

I always watch your videos and leave thinking about how they all say the same thing. But what you're saying is the truth and no selling of bullshit or supplements or whatever. People need to hear what you're saying to simplify the incredible scam that most of the wellness industry has made exercise into. It's great to see how fast you're growing.

I'd like a bit more elaboration on that Having to bulge out your tummy everytime you breathe, subconsciously no less seems pretty awkward, no?

@BrainlessOrganism. no you don't have to budget put your belly. In fact, it's optimal to make the breath as shallow as possible. Just stay conscious that the only movement is from the abdomen and not the chest

WanHee won't probably see this but the biggest thing I still have problem with is with the boredom of the schedule once I got used to it. He practically changed my life for nearly 2 months and I feel refreshed but feel empty and just feel like I'm just living. Or it could just be me but I think I can just find something to do. Any tips fellas?
