As you know, better than us, please do another video explaining, which group of diabetic medicines work effectively, with lower side affects, for which, we shall be greatful to you , Dr Sir. Further, please tell us the , present trend of prescribing drugs for a diabetic patient, with good results, subject to the patient following Dr other food intake advises,, strictly.

Dr. Arvind jee, I’m your patient and advised Diamicron 60, Udapa 5,and Gluconorm SR500 one tab. each before breakfast, before lunch and after dinner respectively. I’m taking these regularly usually at 9.00, 12.30, and 20.00 hours without any variation (+ - 15 minutes). For the last one year under your guidance. My Blood test reports of May, June, July, September 2022 was:BFS/PP / HbA1c : 173,134,140,116,139/ 157,•••,202•••,232/ 7.4,••,6.6,6.6; Urinalysis dated 10th. Sept. Protein : 1+, Glucose (enzyme reaction) 3+ which was not traceable in earlier urinalysis. Since my next appointment is due on 28th. Oct. I just got checked these parameters for self and surprisingly variations in BSF/PP as well as Urinalysis indicated that medication is not working properly. Please address the issue whether I should continue the advised dosage or consult before the due date? As far as diet is concerned I strictly follow the dietary guidelines for diabetes except dry fruits like Almonds and walnuts ( 5+2 daily in the breakfast. Seeing your videos on UT I am a bit confused whether I am getting the right dosage of medication or not.
