I think one of the most difficult aspects to grasp and practice in photography composition is that of story. How do you put a story into a single image? How do you make someone want to keep looking at a photograph, or wonder about what that image means or where it is?
In this video, I talk about what a story is, what the parts of it are, and how to include it in your images. It's definitely not an easy concept to grasp, and I am certainly no master. However, I find that as I continue to work on it, my photographs become more compelling and interesting over time. I hope you find these tips useful. Take care.
