I have squeezed fresh juice from my ruby red grapefruit tree before it was killed by the 2021 Texas freeze. Best grapefruit juice ever. HEB has the closest juice to that.

Another great video. I bought a Nama and ive been juicing for 3 weeks straight. I must say i feel good and it removes all types of cravings and keeps you full. Im assuming its because all the vitamins and nutrients im getting from the ginger, turmeric, vegetables and fruits. Oh yeah and i loss 10lbs no exercise outside mowing, weeding garden, and walking dog.
