Sir i have a golf vehicle when i press pedal single time it can not move so i press pedal many time then it move and the smoothely run but the only problem is that its starting torque is very low because batteries are fully charged i check input voltage of motor 48 volt dc exact i want to increase motor starting torque what you suggest please reply its humble request

We got this one from electric rickshaw manufacturer. You can get it from electric three wheeler spare part shops in your area.

Really very nice video showing dismantling of motor. Is it pmsm or bldc motor as the magnets are inserted in rotor. Where can I get this motor? What is brand name of the motor?

The motor was actually a 60V brushless DC motor, the power is 1.2kW, Maximum speed is 3000 rpm, and efficiency of 90%. It was actually donated to us and therefore I am not sure about the current price and where to buy one. This one is removed from an electric three wheeler axle.

@@TheAbJGarage i have a 1500w motor that tipe but with just 8 magnets. That looks like it has a more eficient rotor and shoud spin at higher rpm. I have never seen that tipe of rotor anywere

I have One it's not running when I connect it only trys to run and stop what could be the problem

Dear! Thank you for visiting our channel. Regarding your question many things can prevent the motor from rotating, for example: misalignment of the shaft in relation to the coil, if the shaft has some bend, that could be the cause of a malfunction. faulty hall sensors, and some fault in the field winding and its connection can also prevent the motor from functioning properly. Please check to see if any of the above are causing the problem, especially if the motor has been disassembled recently, misalignment might have happened when assembling.

I have replaced my hall sensor but when I switch to reverse it's not working and it works well in forward direction

Is the motor still working? What battery does it use? the old car-acid batteries or the modern lithium ion battery? Maybe you can install it into another rickshaw.

Yes dear! the motor is still working on a converted three wheel vehicle. We have used five lead acid batteries to generate 60 volts for the motor. Lead acid batteries are heavy and have less charge holding capacity so whenever possible one should go for lithium ion...
