that darker red is really the original color red for the fire red 4's... It's supposed to be darker, it's called varsity red.... So as far as the replica they got the color way right..... If it wasn't for the air bubble being red and the mesh being horizontal it would be a perfect pair of replicas it would be very hard to tell the difference between that pair and the current pair but either way I will rock them no doubt....

My 2012 pair has the same netting as on the Replicas.(Same direction.)They changed that in the past few years.

Fun fact!: the original February 1989 release of the Air Jordan IV actually came with the black cellophane paper wrap. But, he is correct, the re-release of the Fire Red colorway in 2020 came with the cement paint-splatter paper wrap.

I like the darker red too. In my opinion, the shade of red used on the 2020 authentic fire red 4's are weird af. The red is too bright in gives off an orange tint almost it just looks off in my opinion. It was kinda the only let down with the fire red 4's

Meh, OGs were bright like that as well. It's actually "Fire Red". The '06 and '12 pairs looked more like Varsity Red.

The Jump Man's arm on the tounge on the fake pair is also a straight line. The real J's Jump man you can see an elbow wrap and is bent slightly.

...The Replica version, is a version of the 2012 rep which had the dark varsity color and, back then the 2012 pairs the netting went straight down, so basically this video isn't really...ye

The darker red is from the 2012 release of the red fire. They used that colour red on that part of the soul. It’s just them copying the early release because they had access to that shoe. That’s why it’s a different Red it’s the actual read from the original red fire fire red sorry.

Mine too. I've seen other videos on KZfaq with reviews and I've seen some with the same issue. The problem is the elastic on the inside that's holding the tongue in place. On some, one side of the elastic looks shorter and that results in the tongue coming out crooked.

They're a site you can get fakes that are pretty much impossible to tell the difference. They do run 170 to 190 but great quality

I purchased mine from DTLR in store last year and they passed everything as far as authenticity down to the box besides the bottom smh they have the jump man so is it because they’re a size 6y or maybe they’re fakes because tbh they have many flaws as far as quality :(

The fakes still cost about 150. The material they using on these so called authentic are trash, and they want you to pay 200 plus on retails. Some BS, I’m buying UA now. I spent enough money on retail trash.
