I´m drying Ice and that indeed might be something else to be bothering me that I am not seeing hence I do like documentation and fix messes, good advice I´ll give it some thought, thank you

Unhappy because of location. I like the job and company but would love to move to a different state and work remotely 100% since it’s a position that doesn’t require you to be in-office. Seen many other employees have this kind of arrangement in the company.

Ok so I started off with the manager saying that I make 15$ a hour however due to a lot of emotional and mental turmoil, I haven’t really been paying attention to the wages because you have to download an app to see your paystub’s well. Every time I reset the password somehow I did change because I had the boss help me well the boss left so now there’s no pass code you have to put in to get into your ass well what I got to look in because I clean less dependent so I can pay more and I found out I’m making 1215 now I am working with autistic children on the spectrum children and first Haircut packages and they’re paying $22 so my tips that I used to get off of that the whole job at $12 an hour and I was off by three dollars. I was off at three now I took a position thinking I would be making more when to come to find out I’m making way less and I’m having to ask for help. What do I do? I take pride in my job I feel rushed I feel unheard, and every time I’ve asked for a time request off sheet I’ve been there six months it’s never show me nobody is ever show me burgess Navas everybody in the salon salon
