Hi Guys, In this video i have explained the main 2 reasons: 1. Goal Sheets, 2. KPIs where most of the employees mainly freshers go wrong, which leads to bad Appraisal Ratings. Hope this helps all of you!!

Even if you do so much work give the numbers which is required , he will always ask same question what extra have you done ...which has no good enough answer !! Same old same old

Hello am a driver working with Jinja city but I have told fill in appraisal form but am getting stack same where ie; performance gap, agreed action,time frame and comments of the appraisee yet the vehicle am driving is too too old enough, not in good condition of working and I want to work please help me thank you.

This much of an exercise is more than facing a Covid 19 situation or a bed or an oxygen cylinder in a hospital. Better not to work so hard on appraisal and just leave it to management to how much they can give... no matter how much you write or discuss, it will just be another 2 or 3 thousand per month appraisal. period.
