Hello, when I measure between + and - I (reverse polarity) I do not get double voltage drop. Just 0.5 V. Could it be the reason for the monitor not working.

yes, most likely one of the diodes inside has gone into a short circuit

@@Den_Electro_channelI have changed the bridge rectifier but to no avail. When it is away from the circuit it measures double the voltage drop. When inside the circuit it measures only 0.5 V DC voltage drop between + and - (reverse polarity).Anyway the PC monitor is still off.

Thank you, if I test i saw that 1462, not 1097, 501 but it is 916, 489 to 940 it is broken ?

possibly working, as sometimes there is an error in the multimeter. It's hard to say exactly.
