Simple way to measure the health of your injector by performing a measurement of the return flow.
If you want to see cleaner injectors here is a video that shows how after Wynn's diesel injector cleaner, the injectors are cleaner (amazon UK): amzn.to/2VdRfsS or ebay: ebay.us/gC59KE
If the diesel injectors are blocked there could be a lot of symptoms, such as engine stutter, hesitation, engine misfire, performance loss, rough idling, engine stalling, poor consumption, fluctuating rpms, etc.
My car (Peugeot Partner 1.6HDi, 90bhp, 2007, 9HXC engine, no fap/dpf, ~98,000 miles, same as a Citroen Berlingo) has a slight rough idle and I wanted to test the injectors. I have previously recorded the correction values within PP2000/diagbox and they all are less than 1, so I know the injectors are fairly OK, but still wanted to see if some return fuel more than usual.

The leak-off kit I used can be found here (amazon UK): amzn.to/3rZ1mOL or ebay: ebay.us/uEkQwJ
The brass adapter labelled 01 fits perfectly on the 1.6HDi injectors.
The PSA (Peugeot/Citroen) part number for the leak off pipe is: 1574Q5 (amazon UK): amzn.to/3qQprrp or ebay: ebay.us/CCRda7
The video is how to perform a leak-off test or measure the return flow of the diesel from the injectors. Overall, one has to look for the variance between the injectors rather than some arbitrary constant return flow. There are some websites where it is stipulated that the injectors are good if they return less than 25ml per min. I am not too sure about these values. After the test 3 of my injectors return ~15ml per 1min and one injector ~19ml per min. So, there might be some merit in this less than 25ml per min at idle.
If an injector is returning more fuel it generally means that is partially or somewhat blocked, hence it returns more fuel. If an injector returns much less fuel than the others then it is very likely that this injector overfills the engine cylinder. In both cases it would be good to replace these injectors. The test is not entirely conclusive at all, it cannot test the spray pattern at all.
