Thank you Sabine for this wonderful video! Many of the concepts you took up are actively being taught at my university. Examples include System 1 and 2, False Consensus Bias and Confirmatory Bias. A sad, but nevertheless funny, example of confirmatory bias ruining companies that one of my professors mentioned would include a big group SWOT analysis where, for example, the participants would write 'kind, lovely team' as a Strength 😂. I would like to mention that is very difficult for someone who is unaware of an active bias to conciously detect it... However, I have never heard of the Availability Bias before so it is something that I could benefit from noticing in the future.
